Description
The complex is made up of five 9-storey buildings, and it is centrally located in a quiet area between Hegedűs Gyula and Visegrádi streets, close to the Danube in District 13. The Cézár Ház's highlight is a classicist gate featuring a tympanum, which comes from the former electricity compound, and which Autóker felt should be preserved and restored.
The 316 two to five-room apartments of the Cézár Ház all have large balconies and terraces, with a total living area of 45,000 square metres.
